How we review requests
Returns and refunds are assessed case by case. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm whether a return is needed and provide the correct next steps. Do not send a product to an address without written instructions.
Return condition
Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, products should be unused, in their original condition and include original packaging. For hygiene and safety, opened personal-care products may not be eligible unless there is a verified issue.
Refund timing
Where approved, timing depends on payment method, courier process and the information needed to complete the review. We will explain the outcome and next step after assessment.
